The COVID-19 virus is causing much human suffering and economic hardship on a global scale and the situation seems to continuously evolve. Institutional travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 epidemic were implemented right before the Symposium. As a consequence, we would have not been able to deliver the quality program and congress expected by our attendees.

As a result of these factors, and our responsibility to protect the health of our speakers, attendees and staff members, it has been agreed that changing the Symposium format was the only responsible course of action. That is why after careful consideration the Steering Committee along with the Scientific Committee decided to revise the format of the 1st International Symposium on Human Health & the Ocean in a Changing World, that will now take place from Wednesday the 2nd to Thursday the 3rd. with scientific sessions running during the afternoon and participants on site, but also online, through our website (live from the meeting room).

For those who can physically be present, the event will still take place at the One Monte-Carlo.

We invite you to take a look at the new scientific program on our website – CLICK HERE >
