Registered participants can visit the “Abstracts Gallery” available online, on which you will find all the accepted abstracts from the Call for Abstracts.

Indeed, it is still accessible on your personal profile but do not forget that not all the abstracts presenters have wished to display a video presentation of their work. Therefore, some abstracts don’t have a video or a presentation to be displayed.

The COVID-19 virus is causing much human suffering and economic hardship on a global scale and the situation seems to continuously be evolving. Institutional travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 epidemic were implemented right before the Symposium. As a consequence, we would have not been able to deliver the quality program and congress expected by our attendees.

As a result of these factors, and our responsibility to protect the health of our speakers, attendees and staff members, it has been agreed that changing the Symposium format was the only responsible course of action. That is why after careful consideration the Steering Committee along with the Scientific Committee decided to revise the format of the 1st International Symposium on Human Health & the Ocean in a Changing World with scientific sessions running during the afternoon and participants on site, but also online, through our website (live from the meeting room).

For those who were able to be on-site, the event took place at the One Monte-Carlo Conference Center in the respect of sanitary measures, on December 2-3.

Do not hesitate to have a look at the Scientific Program.
